Redemption Program Submission Methods

Find us on WhatsApp! Complete the following three steps to submit your green labels and redemption form:

  1. Add us to your WhatsApp contacts using the QR code
  2. Take photos of the 9 green labels and 1 completed form#1
  3. Submit the photos to our WhatsApp account

Redemption processing and live support are available during office hours#2. Please keep your green labels and completed form as you wait for further instructions.

Submit photos of your completed form and 9 green labels#1 to redeem@canited.com. Our representative will contact you during office hours#2 to complete the rest of the redemption procedures.

Mail in your completed form and 9 green labels to the address below. It is recommended to keep a photocopy of the submitted green labels for your records.

    Starting September, 2021, submit 9 green labels and 1 completed form to receive 50 sachets of Nissan Reishi for free (equivalent to 1 box ).

    Only 9 green labels with 1 completed form can be redeemed at one time. All fields on the redemption form must be completed. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
